Agile Coaching and Scrum Master Program

"Thriving in today’s marketplace frequently depends on making a transformation to become more agile." Scott M. Graffius's Agile Transformation

Scrum is a simple process framework that empowers people to higher performance, where management take a less directive and a more leadership-based role, supporting small multi-disciplined teams and removing anything that stands in their way.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) professionals are facilitators who ensure that the Scrum Team is provided with an environment conducive to completing the project successfully. The Scrum Master guides, facilitates, and teaches Scrum practises to everyone involved in the project; clears impediments for the team; and, ensures that Scrum processes are being followed.

Successful candidates will be awarded the Scrum Master Certified (SMC®) certification after passing the certification exam.

Agile and Lean thinking has delivered a paradigm shift in how individuals collaborate, communicate and operate to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and business goals. Agile requires an "all in" mindset from both business and technology where all individuals work together to deliver business value in the form of working software.
